Control Panel > Stats Settings > Time Zone

You need to select your local time zone so that your stats reflect your local time

Simply choose in the list the time closest to your local time (even if there are a few minutes difference).

Example : if your watch shows 8:58 am, and the list shows 7:02, 8:02, 9:02, 10:02, (etc.) you would pick 9:02, as this is the closest time to your own.

Note that changing your time zone does not affect your existing stats. It only adjusts the timestamp for visitors recorded after the change.
